A three night, four day sales conference for 180 people including the company’s sales force and their network of distributors and trainers.

At the end of a long conference we wanted to give delegates an opportunity to let their hair down, but without breaking the bank. We settled on the idea of a souk visit followed by a gala evening with an edge: everyone must wear a ‘dish dash’, bought and bartered for in the local markets.

We developed the concept of the ‘dish dash dosh dash’. Every member of the team was given a small amount of local currency, a little less than they’d need, to buy their dish dash – a traditional item of Omani dress.
Delegates had a lot of fun competing with one another to find the most impressive outfit, for the best price going. The end result was spectacular and included some imaginative interpretations of the ‘dish dash’ dress code – belly dancers, an Arabian warrior, numerous sheiks and even the ‘Omani football team’ joined the party.
